Founded and led by Kiera Smale of Ignite Leadership 360, Embrace brings together more than 500 ambitious and supportive women who believe business is better when we build it side by side.
Members are part of an encouraging community where they can exchange ideas, share resources, generate referrals, increase their visibility, and grow their businesses.
Attendance is intentionally limited to 25 women per networking lunch, creating a warm and welcoming environment for deeper conversations and more valuable connections. As Embrace continues to expand throughout Delaware and the surrounding region, members and sponsors gain even more opportunities to strengthen their networks, promote their businesses, and become actively involved in the community.

For every membership purchased from August through November 2026, $50 will support our annual Women Igniting Hope: One Meal at a Time campaign, helping provide meals to Delaware families experiencing food insecurity during the month of November.
