Embrace is a growing regional community of women entrepreneurs committed to connection, collaboration, and collective success. In collaboration with our valued venue partners, Embrace currently hosts networking lunches in Elkton at Bing’s Bake & Brew, Wilmington at V&M Bistro, Newark at Eggspecation, Middletown at Pithari, Smyrna at Social at Main, Dover at The Hive of Loockerman, Milford at Sip & Simmer, and Lewes at Lewes Oyster House. New locations are launching soon in Hockessin, West Chester, Pennsylvania, and additional communities throughout Maryland.

Led by Kiera Smale, Embrace brings together ambitious, supportive women who believe business is better when we build it side by side. With more than 500 women in our network and attendance intentionally capped at 25 per lunch, each gathering offers meaningful connections in a warm, welcoming environment where women can build relationships, share resources, and grow their businesses.
